Icon Offices provides Office Rental and Business Support Solutions to startups and small businesses worldwide. We are seeking an experienced and energetic individual to join our team at our Chadwell Heath branch. Responsibilities • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business., • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients and prospective customers., • Provide organisational support and reporting assistance to the management team., • Process, sort, forward, and file mail and other important documents., • Conduct visits to other company-owned business centres in locations across London and Essex. Travel expenses between offices will be reimbursed. Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and customer service roles., • Possess an excellent telephone manner., • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills., • Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle for occasional short visits to the company's Hainault office. Travel expenses between offices will be reimbursed., • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
