Essential Requirements: • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care., • Previous experience in a managerial role within a domiciliary care setting., • In-depth knowledge of C.Q.C regulations and compliance requirements., • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills., • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities., • Experience in recruitment, staff training, and development and retention. Desirable: • Leadership and Management Experience based on care sector., • In-depth knowledge of care quality regulations and compliance requirements., • Experience with inspections and audits, ensuring the service is compliant with care quality standards., • Experience managing health and safety protocols, including conducting risk assessments, and ensuring all practices align with health and safety regulations., • Experience handling difficult situations, complaints, and incident investigations, with a focus on problem resolution and quality improvement., • Experience in managing crisis situations (e.g., managing staffing shortages, medical emergencies, etc.)., • Ability to make quick decisions while keeping the best interests of clients in mind., • Ability to drive business development while maintaining care standards and compliance., • Strong communication skills to liaise with staff, families, commissioners, and regulatory bodies.
