THE ROLE We’re hiring a Media Buyer to join our growing ads team and manage Meta campaigns for leading cosmetic dental practices. You’ll work hands-on inside Ads Manager, run structured creative tests, and collaborate closely with our content, creative strategy, and booking teams to drive high-quality patient enquiries. There will be opportunities to support early Google and TikTok expansion in 2026, however, the role is primarily focused on Meta ads. RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and optimise Meta campaigns across a portfolio of UK dental clients, • Analyse campaign performance to generate insights and identify testing opportunities, • Work closely with Creative Strategy and Content teams to develop and test new creative concepts, • Run structured creative, audience, and funnel tests to continuously improve performance, • Collaborate with our Account Manager and the Sales team to align lead quality and patient funnel performance, • Contribute to improving Dentology’s internal systems, playbooks, and testing frameworks, • Support early experiments in Google Ads or TikTok as part of future channel expansion (optional) REQUIREMENTS • 2-5 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, ideally within a fast-paced agency, • Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, testing, and optimisation, • Comfortable analysing data and turning insights into actionable decisions, • Collaborative and creative-minded, with experience working closely with content or creative teams, • Highly organised and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, • Google Ads experience (Search or Performance Max) is a plus but not required SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE 6 Months • You’ve taken full ownership of Meta campaigns across your accounts, • You’re running structured creative tests with clear learnings, • You’ve contributed to improving internal testing processes, • You’ve supported small-scale Google or TikTok experiments (where relevant) 12 Months • You’re managing multiple high-spend accounts, • You’ve helped refine internal frameworks and optimisation processes, • You’re contributing ideas for new testing methodologies and creative angles, • You’re a reliable, high-output member of the ads team 18 Months • You're acting as a senior operator trusted with our biggest accounts, • You're leading creative testing roadmaps and multi-variable experimentation, • You're building repeatable optimisation systems adopted across the ads team, • You're playing a key role in cross-channel integration (Meta + Google) WHY JOIN DENTOLOGY? • Incredible clients – Work with some of the biggest names in UK dentistry., • High impact – You’ll have real autonomy to own strategy and performance for high-spend accounts., • Innovation-first – Be part of an agency building AI-powered tools that redefine patient acquisition., • Career growth – Clear path to lead our paid media function as we expand channels and scale the team.
