The Opportunity… We’re hiring a strategic M365 Product Manager to lead the delivery of Microsoft 365 services across productivity and collaboration tools, identity and access management, supporting server infrastructure, and Power Platform suite. You’ll guide technical Product Owners and translate technical roadmaps into seamless, user-centric experiences. Sitting within our Enterprise IT function, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders (up to and including Heads of Function) to craft roadmaps and program backlogs that deliver real business value. You’ll also collaborate with Project teams, cyber security teams and Architects to align delivery priorities, architecture, and solution design. A natural leader, you’ll manage a team of Enterprise Product Owners, ensuring they effectively translate program-level priorities into actionable user stories at the delivery level. You’ll also take ownership of domain dependencies within your platforms, fostering clarity and performance across the portfolio. What you’ll be doing • Drive adoption and engagement by keeping products exciting, relevant, and valuable, • Continuously improve the user experience and deliver measurable business value, • You’ll lead the identification of opportunities for improvement and innovation, ensuring platform alignment and managing domain dependencies across the enterprise., • Lead and coach technical Product Owners, • Shape and deliver the M365 platform roadmap, • Align infrastructure and security with user needs, • You’ll develop lean business cases in collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with Lean Portfolio Governance., • You’ll measure success using platform metrics like Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), continuously refining direction and communicating progress to senior stakeholders.
