THE ROLE As Sous Chef, you'll be working closely with the Head Chef in leading your team from the front, drawing on previous chef and management experience. We’re looking for a Full-Time Team Leader to help support our management team on the weekly production and packing of our healthy plant-based meal kits. The role would suit someone looking to move into their first senior/management role or seeking a change in career within a fast-growing healthy plant-based food company.
