Essential Criteria – • Relevant experience: Performance reporting experience, management information or portfolio insight in a bank, lender, credit provider or similarly data-led regulated environment., • Strong performance storytelling: A track record of turning complex information into a clear, balanced narrative with implications, recommendations and next steps, rather than simply reporting figures., • Credit or lending knowledge: A good understanding of consumer credit performance, portfolio monitoring and the relationship between customer outcomes, commercial growth and bad debt., • Tableau capability: Practical experience using Tableau to explore data, develop or improve dashboards and create effective visualisations for different audiences., • Analytical judgement: The curiosity to investigate root causes, test assumptions and distinguish genuine movement from noise., • Influence and collaboration: The ability to build trusted relationships, listen to different perspectives, challenge constructively and help teams reach clear decisions. Full stack here means you own a feature the whole way down: the React and TypeScript screens people use, the GraphQL layer in between, and the services behind it. What We're Looking For Experience: 5+ years building and running product software in production. Depth on one side, competence on the other: You're strong in either the frontend or the backend and you can hold your own in the other. Tell us which way round you are. We are not looking for someone who is shallow in both. Frontend: Commercial experience with React and TypeScript, and with building interfaces that hold up. Comfortable with CSS, including animation, and with the usual JavaScript build tooling. Backend: You've built and run services in production. We don't expect Ruby or Elixir on day one, but we do expect you to pick things up fast. APIs: You've designed and consumed GraphQL APIs, and you think about the people on the other end of them. Correctness: You think about what happens when a request arrives twice, a downstream call times out halfway through, or two things update the same record at once. The Technical Security Systems Manager plays a key role in keeping Sky's physical security technology resilient, compliant and operational. Sitting within Workplace Technology and reporting to the Technical Security Operations Manager, this role leads the technical management of Sky's electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, intruder, intercom and integrated platforms.
