We're looking for a Field Based Key Account Manager to elevate and expand OPI’s professional presence across the salon and spa industry. What You’ll Do: As our Field Based Key Account Manager, you’ll be out in the field, at the heart of our professional channel — nurturing relationships, driving sales, and uncovering new growth opportunities. Your impact will include: • Client Relationship Management: Be the trusted advisor and go-to partner for our existing salon and spa clients. You’ll take a consultative approach to help our salon partners grow their business by leveraging OPI’s full portfolio of products and services., • Sales Growth & Business Development: Proactively identify and convert new salon and spa accounts through prospecting, networking, and in-person visits. You’ll expand OPI’s footprint with passion and purpose., • Product Expertise & Education: Collaborate with your educator to deliver engaging demos, training sessions, and product launches, ensuring clients are confident, inspired, and successful., • Target Achievement: Exceed revenue goals by strategically upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring clients are fully stocked with the latest collections, tools, and promotions., • Industry Insight: Stay ahead of salon trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to bring fresh thinking and recommendations to the business., • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with education, marketing, customer service, and distribution teams to ensure a seamless experience for every client., • Data & Reporting: Keep accurate records in our AFS systems to track performance, analyse sales data, and identify growth opportunities. Who You Are: • Experienced in B2B sales or account management — ideally within the professional beauty industry (bonus points for nail care or salon background!), • Knowledgeable about the salon and spa business, with a strong understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities, • A natural relationship builder with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, • A self-starter with a growth mindset — driven to set goals and achieve them, • Confident in delivering product education and training to professionals, • Proficient with CRM systems and sales reporting tools, • Passionate about the beauty industry and excited to represent a bold, creative brand like OPI Why Join OPI?
