You’ll be part of a business where the entire team is invested in delivering exceptional service and where your success directly contributes to our continued growth.\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe’re hiring Account Managers to join and expand our growing Sales team, managing high-value client relationships, driving trading activity and helping shape our premium customer journey.\n\nThis is a high-earning opportunity within a fast-paced trading environment, where strong performers can build a substantial client book and directly impact revenue.\n\nIn this hands-on role, you’ll manage your own trading pipeline, speaking directly with investors, building long-term relationships and supporting clients in buying and selling precious metals. You’ll respond to market movements, proactively engage your client base and generate trading activity through strong relationship management and sales expertise.\n\nThis is a high-activity, phone-based role where you’ll work towards clear targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience, supported by experienced managers and an established trading team. You’ll manage a mix of inbound investor enquiries and proactive outreach, focusing on building long-term, high-value relationships rather than cold, transactional selling.\n\nWe’re looking for ambitious, competitive salespeople who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working towards targets and are motivated by commission-driven rewards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Build, manage and develop your own pipeline of high-value investor relationships\n\n * Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, supporting their buying and selling decisions across gold, silver and other bullion products\n\n * Generate trading activity through outbound calls, follow-ups and relationship management\n\n * Manage inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into trading activity\n\n * Discuss pricing, premiums and market movements confidently with investors\n\n * Identify opportunities to grow client portfolios and increase trading activity\n\n * Promote the wider JQB service offering, including pensions, storage and portfolio solutions\n\n * Monitor economic trends and precious metals markets to identify opportunities for clients\n\n * Ensure trading accuracy, pricing consistency and strong margin awareness when executing deals\n\n * Maintain accurate records of client activity, trades and pipeline within the CRM system\n\n * Work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver a high-quality end-to-end customer experience\n\n * Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and trading targets\n\nSkills & Experience\n\n * 2+ years’ experience in sales, account management, trading or investment-related roles\n\n * Experience supporting high-net-worth (HNW) clients or working within financial services, investment or precious metals sectors\n\n * Target-driven and competitive, with a strong motivation to achieve results\n\n * Confident discussing pricing, market movements and financial concepts with clients\n\n * Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment\n\n * Strong commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail\n\n * Ability to remain confident and composed when working under pressure\n\n * Comfortable using Excel, CRM platforms and sales performance data\n\n * Strong ability to convert opportunities into revenue and maximise trading activity\n\n * Confident communicator with the ability to build trust and credibility with investors\n\n * Interest in financial markets, economics or investment is advantageous\n\nWhy You’ll Love It Here\n\n* Work at the commercial heart of a fast-growing, customer-focused investment business\n\n* Build long-term relationships with engaged and high-value investors\n\n* High earning potential with uncapped commission\n\n* Exposure to global precious metals markets and real-time trading activity\n\n* Be part of a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment\n\n* Work alongside ambitious and competitive sales professionals in a high-performing team\n\n* Clear career progression opportunities within a growing business\n\n* Opportunity to contribute ideas and make an impact in a collaborative environment\n\n* A culture rooted in Integrity, Agility, Ambition, Clarity and Efficiency\n\nAbout You\n\nYou’ll thrive in this role if you:\n\n * Are target-driven, competitive and motivated by achieving strong results\n\n * Enjoy building relationships and speaking confidently with investors about financial products and pricing\n\n * Are resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment\n\n * Have strong commercial awareness and attention to detail\n\n * Take ownership of your pipeline and proactively generate trading activity\n\n * Are comfortable using CRM systems, sales data and Excel to manage and track performance\n\nPre-employment Checks\nPlease note that all successful candidates will be required to complete pre-employment screening checks, which include:\n\n* Right to work verification\n\n* Criminal record check (DBS)\n\n* Reference checks\n\n* For certain roles, credit or fraud screening may also be required\n\nApplication Deadline: 10th May 2026 (we reserve the right to close this vacancy early if the right candidate is appointed)
