About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an EPR Implementation Consultant to play a pivotal role in our UK growth. Reporting to the Head of Implementation UK, you will act as a product subject matter expert, working closely with customers to deliver the MIYA product suite into live clinical environments. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and assuring high-quality configuration documentation to support consistent, safe and repeatable customer deployments. This is a hands-on delivery role with real influence, combining customer engagement, product expertise, and healthcare transformation. We offer flexibility in where you work. This role can be based in our Fleet office, hybrid, or fully remote. Day to day, you will: • Lead end-to-end implementation activities across customer sites, including product configuration, training, and user support in line with Trust processes., • Apply in-depth knowledge of Alcidion’s software, technology and processes to support customers in optimising their use of the Miya Precision platform across diverse healthcare environments., • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during delivery, building trusted relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders., • Support procurement activity by working with sales support teams on tenders and product demonstrations., • Represent Alcidion as a presenter at client events, regional and national symposia, conferences, trade shows, and internal sales meetings as required.
