Now, we’re hiring a B2B Customer Account Manager to join our elite customer success division responsible for managing, supporting, and growing a portfolio of up to 100 trade businesses enrolled in our 3-year academy programmes. The Role This is a hybrid of relationship management, coaching, and commercial growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for your portfolio ensuring each customer is fully supported, fully engaged, and achieving measurable results. You’ll also upsell them into the additional in-house services they need from our sister company Trade Group Services (TGS) including websites, recruitment, digital marketing, social media, business funding, and CRM systems to accelerate their growth journey. You’ll work closely with finance and billing to ensure customers receive great service and pay on time, maintaining the financial health of your customer portfolio.
