**Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Sales Representative to spearhead our lead generation and sales growth into the pharmacy and healthcare sectors. Key Responsibilities ● Execute the defined sales strategy for the pharmacy and healthcare sectors ● Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities ● Nurture leads through the full sales pipeline to successful closure ● Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings where appropriate ● Deliver tailored pitches and product demonstrations, showcasing Clix ’s smart locker solutions and software benefits ● Collaborate with the Head of Growth & Strategy to refine sector-specific messaging and tactics ● Maintain accurate records in our CRM, reporting on pipeline progress and forecasting ● Represent Clix at relevant trade shows and networking events (optional, as needed) **Requirements** ● Proven experience in B2B tech sales, ideally within pharmacy, healthcare, or medical sectors ● Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals independently ● Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills ● Self-starter with strong organisational and time management abilities ● Comfortable working flexibly and autonomously within a small team **Preferred** ● Existing network within UK pharmacy chains, healthcare trusts, or medical distribution channels ● Experience selling SaaS solutions or smart technologies to operational and procurement teams Role Details ● Position: Part-Time (flexible hours, approx. 2-3 days/week) ● Location: Hybrid / Remote with occasional travel for client meetings or demos ● Compensation: Competitive base, commission structure based performance

Assist in budgeting, monitor labor costs, and implement cost-control measures to enhance profitability. Prepare reports on customer feedback, and operational efficiency to inform management decisions.
