E-Commerce National Account Manager – Amazon (UK & EU5) Global Personal Care & Beauty Leader 📍 Wimbledon, London (Hybrid – 2 days office) 💰 £50,000–£60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Full Benefits We’re partnering with a Global leader in Personal Care, Beauty and Cosmetics to appoint an E-Commerce National Account Sales Manager – Amazon. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll take full ownership of the Amazon agenda across the UK & EU5 markets. You’ll sit at the heart of a fast-paced, digitally focused commercial team, driving sustainable and profitable growth across one of the business’ most strategic channels. Operating across multiple international markets, this organisation owns a portfolio of highly recognisable beauty and personal care brands. What You’ll Be Doing • Own the full commercial agenda for Amazon across UK & EU5, • Lead the Annual Operating Plan and Joint Business Planning (JBP) process, • Manage full P&L responsibility including revenue, margin and investment strategy, • Develop and execute retail media, pricing and promotional strategies, • Lead forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with Supply Chain, • Act as the internal Amazon champion, influencing Brand, Trade Marketing, Finance and EMEA stakeholders, • Identify and unlock new digital growth levers to accelerate performance What We’re Looking For • Proven sales experience managing Amazon within FMCG, Beauty or Personal Care or similar, • Strong P&L ownership with clear commercial accountability, • Solid understanding of e-commerce fundamentals, retail media and digital growth drivers, • Data-led mindset with strong analytical capability, • Confident stakeholder manager with the gravitas to influence across functions and regions, • Ambitious, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced global environment What’s on Offer • £50,000–£60,000 base salary (DOE), • £5,000 car allowance, • Bonus scheme + full benefits package, • Hybrid working (2 days Wimbledon HQ), • Excellent visibility across UK & EMEA leadership, • Clear progression pathway within a global organisation If you’re an ambitious Amazon NAM ready to step into a broader, more strategic regional role — we’d love to hear from you.
