You'll help create a safe, nurturing environment, support daily operations, maintain Good/Outstanding Ofsted standards, and deputise for the Registered Manager when required. Support daily operations when the Registered Manager is absent, including staffing and care standards. Assist with budgeting, rota management, sleep-ins/on-call, and household planning such as menus. Lead or contribute to team meetings, encourage open communication, and involve staff in improvement ideas. Ensure staffing levels are appropriate, manage absences, and carry out staff supervisions. Keep your knowledge up to date through required training. Raise concerns appropriately, escalating to the Responsible Individual when necessary.
