Technical Account Manager Hemel Hempstead | £50,000–£70,000 + Referral Bonus Scheme + Benefits We're working with a growing technology solutions provider delivering managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, communications, and infrastructure services to organisations across the UK. With a strong reputation for technical expertise and customer service, they're looking to appoint a Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor across a portfolio of existing customers. This is a customer-facing role focused on helping clients maximise the value of their technology investments. Working closely with Account Managers, Service Delivery, Engineering, and Pre-Sales teams, you'll provide technical guidance, shape customer roadmaps, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and ensure customers receive the right technical advice at the right time.
