We have a wonderful opportunity for a Registered Manager to join our team at our Park House Neurological Rehabilitation Service in Bedfordshire. Park House is a service providing accommodation for 14 adult residents. The team at Park House work together to develop person-centred, evidence-based rehabilitation care plans that aim to maximise the individuals independence and recovery. The service is all wheelchair accessible and includes a wheelchair accessible lift, training kitchen and garden. We look to build on our residents' progress and provide them with key life skills, with each resident having access to a multidisciplinary care team consisting of a Rehabilitation Medicine Consultant, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and a Psychologist as required. What you'll be working: • 37.5 hours per week, • Monday-Friday or as required to meet the needs of the service. As Registered Manager, there is an expectation to be available outside of these hours in an emergency., • Salary: £46,000 FTE) Per annum (Pro rata) What you'll be doing: • Ensuring individuals needs are met., • Ensuring business objectives are met, • Responsible for keeping up-to-date with any changes or new legislation affecting the provision of services., • Delivery of training for inductees and existing employees, as required., • Facilitate CQC inspections to ensure 100% compliant., • Responsible for ensuring the service has the required level of resources to support the individuals.
