Develop understanding of the legislation and criteria that inform our practice., • To provide support and input to the OT assessment clinics across the county., • To develop competent moving and handling skills and learn techniques to enable single-handed care., • To contribute to case resolution through input to the OT Triage function. To gain knowledge and experience of how referrals are managed from the first point of contact and how innovative interventions are used to reduce risk, meet clients’ needs and effectively manage the demands on our service., • To develop and consolidate areas of clinical interest, input into project work focused on service development and improvement, audits and reviews, evidence-based practice and raising the profile of community OT within adult social care and wider community., • To engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development; to have good self-awareness and be able to identify own limitations and training needs and apply this to practice., • To be responsible for supervising appropriate staff across the integrated, • To be committed to life-long learning, support the development of others and contribute to best practice and service improvement., • To work closely with our health, housing and social care colleagues to deliver effective partnership working, alignment and integration., • Collaborated working across internal and external services, • To deliver person centred rehabilitation and individualised goals., • To provide mentoring support to appropriate staff across the integrated service, • To undertake additional duties as deemed appropriate by the team manager
