Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting a HR Business Partner / HR Team Leader to work for our client just outside of York. This 12-month fixed term contract is providing cover for maternity leave. This is a great opportunity and will suit someone looking for Part Time / School Hours or 3 Days a week with 60% of your time spent out of their offices and the remainder hybrid. In addition to this attractive work pattern the role comes with complementary benefits to match what their existing employees receive: • A flexible working environment with hybrid & flexible hours available, • 25 Days Annual Leave, plus Bank Holidays & a chance to buy additional leave, • Healthcare, Cash plan, • Discount program for retailers and supermarkets, • Career opportunities, learning & development programs supported by your line manager, • Enhanced maternity / paternity pay Reporting into the HR Operations Manager, this HR Business Partner / Team Leader will have demonstrable skills and experience in the following areas: • Previous experience leading a team, in the day-to-day operations field of HR, • Act as first point of contact for all operational HR queries, liaising directly with the Partners through to senior leaders of the business, • Ensure all employee relations enquiries are handled, monitored and resolved in accordance with Group policies and procedures, • You will have firsthand experience handling high volume complex and sensitive employee case loads, • Develop and coach a team, ensure they have adequate support when dealing with complex cases, • Review and update all HR policies and procedures, ensuring all documentation is compliant and in line with current legislation, • Proactive in your approach and driven to provide solutions and support to the wider organisation and your team Elevation HR are keen to speak with people that are willing to commit to a 12-month fixed term contract, on a part time basis and are skilled in the above areas with a CIPD qualification or working towards with a high level of practical experience preferably in employment legislation.
