    We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to provide high-quality supplementary educational support to Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils, particularly in Maths and English. The successful candidate must be UK-based and preferably hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). They will demonstrate strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills. This role requires a commitment to creating a positive, structured, and nurturing learning environment that supports both academic progress and personal development. Responsibilities • Plan and deliver tailored lessons aligned to the national curriculum and individual pupil needs., • Provide one-to-one and small-group tuition in Maths and English., • Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise learning outcomes., • Provide regular feedback to parents and carers on progress and areas for development., • Create engaging, interactive learning experiences that build understanding and confidence., • Foster a supportive and motivating environment that encourages pupil resilience and self-belief. Requirements • Must be based in the UK and preferably hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)., • Proven experience teaching or tutoring primary-aged children (KS1 and KS2)., • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Maths and English., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to support pupils with diverse learning needs, including SEN., • Patient, empathetic, and committed to helping every child reach their potential.     Working alongside nationally recognised oil companies within a fast-paced environment delivering Fit-Out projects. The Site Manager will lead a team providing operational leadership, support, and direction to a diverse team and contractors throughout the UK. Your role will be focused on delivering multiple projects where Fit-Out, upgrades or new installations are required, covering all building services and fabric. You will be responsible for a small, evolving delivery team of supervisors and staff providing a quality installation and service with the flexibility and technical skills to meet the demands or our clients. Duties & Responsibilities • Manage several projects (including organising labour, materials and plant) and see them through to completion., • Managing subcontractors and direct labour on site., • Overseeing the Health & Safety and Producing Risk Assessments, • Maintain adequate and appropriate records which meet internal requirements and external/legislative requirements., • Monitor contractors' operations to ensure that work is carried out safely and is line with agreed RAMS. What you'll need to succeed You'll have proven experience in fit out management within the construction industry, ideally on fast-track projects ranging in value from £100k to £500k. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential, along with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are essential.
