HR Advisor – 12 Month FTC Runcorn - £35,000pa ASAP Start We have a new opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who is either available at short notice or immediately to join a fantastic business based in Runcorn on a 12 Month FTC. This role does offer 1 day a week WFH and the opportunity to really progress knowledge and experience. This role requires someone with extensive ER experience and experience working at a fast pace/high volume of case work is involved. Key Responsibilities as a HR Advisor: • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all employee relations matters., • Provide guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures., • Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints and workplace issues., • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure consistent application of policies and practices., • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies., • Draft and review documentation such as disciplinary letters, investigation reports, and policy updates., • Support organizational change initiatives with a focus on communication, fairness, and employee engagement. Requirements: • CIPD Qualified (desirable), • 3+ years of experience in an employee relations or HR advisory role., • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills., • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion., • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Why join? • Competitive Salary up to £35,000, • Fantastic HR team to support you, • Flex to work from home 1 day per week
