What We're Looking For: Experience: At least 1 year as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role. Italian passion: Enthusiastic about Italian culture, food, and cocktails - you’re ready to bring that energy to our team. People skills: Friendly, upbeat, and ready to engage with guests. You’re all about making people feel welcome. Dependable: Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Team player: Punctual, reliable, and ready to roll with a fast-paced vibe. Italian know-how: Familiarity with Italian aperitivo traditions and classic cocktails is a plus (but if you’re eager to learn, we’ll show you the ropes).
