The kitchen operates at a high standard, delivering elegant, seasonal menus in a relaxed yet sophisticated environment. The restaurant serves breakfast daily, alongside lunch and dinner services throughout the week, with a strong focus on quality produce, thoughtful presentation, and a consistently excellent guest experience. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a key role in shaping the offering and maintaining the high standards expected from a premium dining destination.
