We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join our team in a busy, high-quality, 2 AA Rosette-standard kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie looking to step up, or an existing Junior Sous ready to develop further within a professional and supportive brigade. The Role: • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, • Leading sections during service and ensuring consistency at a high standard, • Assisting with training and motivating junior team members, • Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety practices, • Previous experience at Chef de Partie level or above, • Experience in a fresh food, high-volume or rosette-level kitchen preferred, • Strong organisational and communication skills, • Calm under pressure with a positive, team-focused attitude, • Career progression within a quality-driven kitchen, • Staff meals and company benefits
