HR Manager • Permanent opportunity, • Belfast Head Office, • 37.5 hour per week - flexible & hybrid working, • Early finish at 3.30pm on Fridays, • Excellent salary & Benefits We are hiring for our client, a successful, values-based, non-profit organisation in growth mode, who are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR function. Supporting a workforce of approximately 250 employees across multiple sites, this is a key leadership role with both strategic influence and hands-on delivery. Based in Belfast (hybrid working available), the HR Manager will report directly to the Chief Executive and play a central role in shaping people strategy, supporting organisational growth, and embedding a positive, people-first culture. Top Things to Know About this Job • Lead the HR function (1 direct report) within a purpose-driven, growing organisation, • Varied role with great autonomy and hands-on operational delivery, • Excellent benefits including 38 days annual leave and 11% employer pension The Role • Lead and manage the full HR function, including line management of a HR Officer, • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to deliver an effective HR strategy and service, • Oversee employee relations including investigations, absence, disciplinary and performance management, • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements, • Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures, • Manage recruitment and workforce planning to support service delivery, • Lead HR reporting, analytics and workforce data insights, • Support payroll processes ensuring accurate and timely data, • Drive employee engagement initiatives, staff surveys and wellbeing programmes, • Lead organisational change initiatives aligned to growth plans, • Develop management capability through coaching and training The Person • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) - essential, • Proven experience at HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist level within a busy organisation, • Strong knowledge of NI employment legislation, • Experience managing change and leading HR in a multi-site environment, • Demonstrated ability to influence and support senior stakeholders, • Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills, • Experience managing people and developing capability, • Data-driven with strong systems and reporting experience The Reward • Attractive Salary, • Permanent, senior HR opportunity, • Belfast head office, • Generous annual leave (38 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays), • Health cash plan (including 24/7 GP access and wellbeing support), • Enhanced pension (11% employer pension contribution), • Enhanced sick pay and family-friendly benefits, • Hybrid working (2 days from home where possible), • 37.5 hours per week.
