    Job Title: Residential Support Worker Location: Southgate Salary: £900-1100 per week depending on experience Hours: Full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays About Us: At Wellstar Care, we are dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for our children and young adults. We are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Children's Residential Support Workers. Job Overview: As a Residential Support Worker you are expected to provide high-quality care, emotional support, and guidance to help children overcome challenges and develop essential life skills. This role requires a high level of empathy, resilience, and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in young people's lives. Key Responsibilities: · Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people in the residential home. · Create a safe, warm, and nurturing environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of all residents. · Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each child's needs and aspirations. · Support children and young people in their educational, recreational, and social activities. · Foster positive relationships with the children, their families, and other professionals involved in their care. · Manage challenging behaviours in a calm and constructive manner, using approved techniques and interventions. · Ensure compliance with all safeguarding, health, and safety regulations. · Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
