This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing automotive sales professional who thrives on developing people, driving performance, and creating a customer-first culture.\n\nAs Sales Manager, you’ll take responsibility for leading the sales operation, ensuring the team consistently delivers outstanding results while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience and compliance.\n\nWorking closely with the Head of Business, you’ll motivate and coach the team to exceed targets, maximise profitability, and build long-term customer relationships.\n\nYour day-to-day will include:\n\nLead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets\nDrive performance across new and used vehicle sales, finance, and add-on products\nMonitor KPIs and implement effective sales strategies to maximise profitability\nEnsure an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover\nCoach and support team members through regular performance reviews and development plans\nMaintain compliance with FCA and company standards\nWork collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth dealership operations\nAnalyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth\n\nWhat we’re looking for in a Sales Manager\n\nWe’re looking for someone who is passionate about people leadership and delivering results.\n\nYou’ll ideally have:\n\nPrevious experience in a Sales Manager or senior automotive sales leadership role\nA proven track record of delivering strong commercial performance\nExcellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills\nStrong organisational and analytical abilities\nA customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service\nHigh levels of motivation, resilience, and professionalism\nFull UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties)\n\nWhat we offer \n\nAt JCT600, we believe in rewarding and supporting our colleagues.
