This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly regarded corporate team known for delivering commercially focused advice to a diverse client base. The Opportunity You will join a sizeable and well-established corporate practice advising a broad spectrum of clients, including owner-managed businesses, high-growth companies, financial institutions and large corporates. The team handles a wide range of high-quality work including: • Mergers and acquisitions, • Private equity transactions and investments, • Fundraising and equity structuring, • Corporate reorganisations and restructuring, • Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, • Corporate governance and advisory matters The Bristol team is experiencing significant growth and offers a collaborative, supportive environment with strong cross-office integration. You will work alongside highly regarded senior lawyers on complex and high-value transactions while also having the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters. The Role This position is suited to an ambitious corporate lawyer with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to be at the heart of collaboratively building a practice.
