SRM are partnering with a well-established, medium sized organisation undergoing a period of transformation and commercial growth to appoint a commercially orientated Chief Financial Officer. This is a Board-level leadership role, working closely with the CEO and Executive Team to shape financial strategy, strengthen governance, and support the organisation’s long-term commercial development. The successful candidate will combine strategic financial leadership with a hands-on approach, ensuring robust financial performance, strong governance and high-quality insight to support key business decisions.
