Construction Site Manager - Projects Lead c£55,000 per annum London Over the last decade the company has grown significantly and continues to expand its portfolio of works. As part of this growth the need for a Site Manager with strong project management skills has been identified to ensure the delivery of projects whilst initiating improvements to service, quality, and operational efficiency. Role Purpose The role purpose is to cost, plan, coordinate and oversee projects involving restoration, and maintenance taking place on prestigious and historic buildings in London. The role will provide an oversight and management of contractors, various trade workers and company employees. The role requires solid experience of working on and managing construction sites and the teams on them whilst reporting and tracking project progress, undertaking quality control and ensuring all relevant permits and licences are obtained. This post will be expected to be a key contact with clients at site providing comprehensive liaison on all project related matters. Furthermore, ensuring day-to-day management of the site client satisfaction and best reputational and financial return for the company through regular site visits across London.
