We’re looking for a confident, driven Head of Sales to join our early-stage team and play a pivotal role in scaling the company. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about helping ecommerce businesses succeed. The Role You will lead our sales efforts end-to-end — from lead generation to closing deals and building long-term customer relationships. You’ll be the face of CodeCasa Studios, introducing Casa Signals, Casa Payments, and our growing suite of products to ecommerce brands, WooCommerce store owners, agencies, and online merchants. This is an ideal role for a motivated sales professional who enjoys outbound sales, running demos, building trust with decision-makers, and consistently closing deals. Responsibilities • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through outbound email, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, networking, and strategic partnerships., • Sell Casa Signals and Casa Payments to WooCommerce and WordPress store owners, as well as other CodeCasa products to suitable businesses., • Book and deliver compelling product demos, clearly articulating the value around revenue recovery, advanced analytics, marketing automation, and operational efficiency., • Manage the full sales cycle: follow up with prospects, handle objections, negotiate, and close deals., • Maintain accurate records and pipeline visibility in the CRM., • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams by sharing customer feedback, objections, and market insights., • Identify and develop partnership opportunities with ecommerce agencies, WordPress developers, and industry consultants., • Continuously refine sales scripts, pitches, objection handling, and processes to improve performance. What We’re Looking For • Proven sales experience (ideally in SaaS, ecommerce, payments, marketing software, or digital tools)., • Confidence communicating with business owners and decision-makers., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and target-driven mindset., • Comfortable with outbound sales, cold outreach, and consistent follow-up., • Ability to quickly understand software products and explain complex features in simple, benefit-focused terms., • Experience selling to ecommerce or WooCommerce businesses is a strong advantage. Nice to Have • Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or other ecommerce platforms., • Experience selling payment solutions, marketing automation, or analytics tools., • Existing network in the ecommerce, agency, or merchant space., • Experience using CRM systems, cold email tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator., • Ability to create sales collateral, outreach sequences, or proposals. The Role We're looking for a hungry, self-directed Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle for both Pulsle products. You'll prospect, pitch, and close multi-location operators across the UK. This is a remote-first role with no cap on what you can earn. You'll be selling directly to operations leaders, HR/People heads, marketing decision-makers, and C-level executives at restaurant chains, hotel groups, salon and gym franchises, dental and aesthetic clinics, and similar multi-site businesses. Role Description: BLAM UK is seeking a Consultant Education Lawyer to support our Advocacy Team, particularly within our School Exclusions Project. This role involves providing legal guidance and expertise to help protect the educational and racial justice rights of Black children and young people. The successful candidate will work closely with our advocacy team to ensure that families receive clear legal guidance when navigating school exclusions and other education related challenges. BLAM UK runs the UK’s only school exclusions advocacy service dedicated to supporting Black children and young people. Through advocacy, legal guidance, and community engagement, we work to challenge systemic inequalities in education and ensure that Black children and families are treated fairly within the education system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide expert legal advice to the advocacy team on education law matters., 2. Support cases relating to school exclusions and other education related issues., 3. Review documents and provide legal guidance to strengthen advocacy work., 4. Work closely with the team to ensure the educational and racial justice rights of Black children remain central to all interventions. Requirements: 1.
