About the Role Our busy, innovative and growing client based in Horncastle looking for a creative, driven, and ambitious Multimedia Marketing Assistant to join their expanding team. This is an exciting permanent opportunity for someone passionate about media production, marketing campaigns, and digital content creation to help drive their brand forward. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to create visually engaging and impactful content across digital and print channels. From filming and editing videos to designing promotional materials and managing marketing campaigns — this role offers the perfect blend of creativity and hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities • Support in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print media, • Create high-quality visual and written content for various channels, • Conduct photography and videography for projects, team activities, and promotional use, • Edit and produce videos to enhance brand storytelling, • Assist in graphic design projects using Adobe or Affinity software, • Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Media Creation, or related field, • Proven experience in photography and videography, • Graphic design and editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity), • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, • Self-motivated, ambitious, and proactive, • Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the visual identity of a forward-thinking company, • Hybrid working options, • Supportive and creative team environment
