Complaints Advisor Up to £29,000 per annum 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday Based at our gorgeous dockside offices in Preston, Lancashire. What will you be doing in this role? As a Complaints Advisor you will help manage our complaints process, liaising with customers, supporting managers during investigations and making sure all cases are handled fairly and consistently. You'll be part of our Service Improvement Team, who lead on management of the complaints process and drive better performance, service delivery and customer satisfaction across the organisation. What are we looking for in you? Previous experience in customer service, complaints handling, or a similar role Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Proven ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism A positive, customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Experience of working collaboratively with internal and external customers It would be great if you also had: Knowledge of complaints handling processes, legislation, and the Housing Ombudsman's Complaint Handling Code Why work with Community Gateway?
