The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) As a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage — not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer. Your key responsibilities will include: • Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care, • Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression, • Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards, • Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present, • Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene, • Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud, • And of course, having fun while doing it all!
