Your New Role As a Senior Client Advisor, you'll manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring the smooth running of the portfolio from start to finish. This includes liaising with clients over the timetable for work, data collection, and progress, ensuring assignments are completed to agreed timetables and budgets, and addressing and resolving any questions or issues that arise. You'll ensure excellent communication with clients and the team, issue fees promptly, manage work in progress (WIP) within set criteria, and proactively manage internal workflows. You'll also support and contribute to the management of the department, including business development, sales and marketing, quality, admin processes, and resource planning. Job Description: Test Administrator (Scotland) TIMSS 2027 Field Trial, March 2026. PIRLS 2026 Main Study, May-June 2026. Background Pearson is responsible for the delivery of two international assessment studies in schools in Scotland: 1. PIRLS. The Progress in International Reading Literacy Study (PIRLS) assesses the reading achievement of pupils at about age 10 (P5 in Scotland), every five years across about 60 countries. In addition to reading achievement, PIRLS gathers information on how pupils' performance is related to their attitudes, gender and background. PIRLS includes questionnaires for pupils, teachers, headteachers and parents/carers which together provide rich contextual data for the interpretation of the assessment., 2. TIMSS. The Trends in Maths and Science Study (TIMSS), assesses the performance in maths and science of pupils at ages 10 and 14, (P5 and S2 in Scotland) every four years across about 60 countries. It provides internationally comparative data on pupils' achievement in maths and science, and how their performance is related to their attitudes, gender and background. In addition to the assessment, TIMSS includes questionnaires for pupils, teachers, headteachers, and parents/carers, which together provide rich contextual data for the interpretation of the assessment and add valuable perspectives on the teaching of mathematics and science. Electrical Maintenance Technician Pay Rate: £34-£36 per hour Location: Glasgow Contract: Full-time, ongoing Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday + On-call rota We're recruiting an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join a leading FM provider delivering essential services across key NHS facilities. In this role, you'll support the safe and reliable operation of electrical systems, plant, equipment, and building services across critical healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Technician: Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across hospital sites. Undertake minor installation works, variations and improvement tasks. Fault-find, repair and maintain a wide range of systems including emergency lighting, fire alarms, generators, AHUs, water systems, medical gas systems and pressure systems. Participate in the safe operation of LV systems and work within relevant SHTMs and compliance requirements. Produce risk assessments, method statements and complete all documentation accurately. Liaise with NHS clients professionally and maintain a high standard of service delivery. Participate in an on-call rota to support 24/7 site coverage. Use specialist test and calibration equipment where required.The successful Electrical Maintenance Technician will have: Recognised electrical apprenticeship (essential). Minimum 2 years' experience in an electrical maintenance role. Strong technical knowledge with the ability to work safely and independently.
