Maintenance Operative (Temporary) Location: Glasgow G1 Contract: Temporary (8 - 12 weeks) Hours: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday - 25 hours Pay: £13.50 per hour (weekly pay) We are recruiting a Temporary Maintenance Operative to support a busy student accommodation site in Glasgow. This is a hands-on role supporting general repairs and day-to-day upkeep, helping to keep the property safe, tidy and fully operational. The role • Carry out day-to-day repairs and minor maintenance tasks, • Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, • Complete basic plumbing, electrical and joinery tasks (within skillset), • Maintain strong health & safety standards across the property, • Previous maintenance, caretaker or handyman experience is essential, • Confident using basic tools and completing general repairs independently, • Reliable, proactive and able to work on your own initiative, • Health & safety aware with a customer-focused approach, • Available for an immediate start and short-term assignment
