Your role • Welcome customers and provide front of house reception support, • Create engaging individual and group activities that reflect personal interests, • Promote and review activities to help customers achieve their goals, • Support customers to connect with and feel part of their local community Your skills • Ability to develop and lead activities that involve and inspire customers, • Strong interpersonal and customer care skills, • Confidence in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines, • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge, • This role may require weekend working so a flexible approach is required You deserve more than the basics.
