We are looking for Football Coaches who are: ✅ Highly observant and adaptable to different coaching environments ✅ Proactive and capable of taking initiative and ownership of sessions ✅ Passionate about nurturing young players and helping develop fellow coaches ✅ Committed to continuous improvement—for themselves and others You will deliver dynamic, purposeful and high-energy, well-structured sessions across a variety of programmes, including: After-School Football Clubs Weekly Development Centre Sessions Saturday Morning Soccer School Toddler and Pre-School Sessions Holiday Football Camps You’ll join a supportive, friendly, ambitious team who are passionate and encouraged to contribute their own ideas, take responsibility with opportunities to grow, lead and help shape the future of Champion Pro Soccer. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, inclusive, and well-structured football sessions to children aged 2–12 Ensure a high standard of safety, safeguarding, and professionalism at all times Observe and evaluate player development, adapting sessions accordingly Support and mentor assistant or junior coaches as part of a collaborative coaching culture Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and school partners Represent the ethos and values of Champion Pro Soccer with professionalism and pride ✅ Requirements (Essential) Experience coaching football to children (grassroots, school, or academy) Minimum FA Level 1 (Introduction to Coaching Football) Valid Emergency First Aid and Safeguarding Children certificates Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Aged 18+ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle ⭐ Desirable Qualifications &Experience FA Level 2 / UEFA C Licence Experience coaching in schools or multi-sport environments FA Youth Module certifications or other CPD training Experience mentoring or leading other coaches 🌱 Why Join Us? Skills required: Competent at using PC, MS office excel and word skills. Competent using Apple iPad, Internet based documents, webpage and purchasing Tasks Updating and printing registers buying public liability insurance, Courses and equipment Recording receipts Generating Proofreading, and printing advertisements and flyers amending data on webpages completing online claim forms Uploading data and any additional required tasks Must be self-employed, registered with hmrc and and dbs checked Personal qualities patient and efficient. Be able to work under pressure.
