In return, we use our automated technology to pre plan your route and pre-load your van! Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays - so on top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £12.70 per hour. You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime to fund those special occasions! All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work you get paid. That’s a great deal! But you will need the following Driving Licence Requirements: • Full UK or EU driving licence., • Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months experience is desirable)., • Maximum of 6 penalty points. As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are also essential. Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks) Contracted days: You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 completing 8 hour shifts. This is subject to change at anytime and you will be provided with further information during pre-boarding. Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance. Pay Structure: This position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.
