Job Title: IT Service Design & Transition Specialist (Edgewing) Location: Reading area. The role could be contracted to any BAE Systems Air site (preferably Frimley) but on commencement will immediately be assigned to our Edgewing JV in the Reading area. A financial support package may be available to enable this assignment if required, dependent on certain criteria being met. Due to the nature of this assignment, we envisage there will be a need for mostly on site working, however, flexible working arrangements may be possible – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this role. What you’ll be doing: The Service Design & Transition Specialist is a key part of the IT Service Management function, supporting the design and smooth entry into service of new or enhanced digital capabilities. This role partners with IT Project, Product and Platform teams to support, coach and guide them to develop appropriate IT service management wrappers and documentation, ensuring effective end user support once released. This role reports into the IT Service Design & Transition Senior Manager. About the opportunity: As Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our homeowners after completion, coordinating the resolution of any issues or defects in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
