We currently have two bedrooms available, sharing a home with a maximum of 6 others. We are a short drive from Selsdon Wood Nature Reserve as well as Croydon town itself, giving us access to a range of activities for different lifestyles.\n\nAbout the Role\nA fantastic role that is responsible for driving operational excellence in the delivery of services, and employee performance. The Service Manager will support continuous improvement and contributes to service development through reflective practice and innovation, in alignment with organisational priorities. \n\nWhat You’ll Do \n\nPrepare services for inspection readiness & contribute to service redesign and transformation. \n\nLead safeguarding and risk management processes.\n\nLead & develop staff through regular supervisions, appraisals, coaching & mentoring. \n\nManage recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies to build resilient teams.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For \n\nStrong leadership and people management skills with a track record of developing teams. \n\nIdeally hold a QCF Level 5 or equivalent, or be willing to work towards this qualification.\n\nResilience under pressure and ability to adapt to changing priorities. \n\nThis advert is for a full-time contract, for 35 hours per week. \n\nWhat we can offer you \n\nPension– Auto-enrolled pension scheme. \n\nAnnual Leave– 33 days (including public holidays).
