QA Engineer (ServiceNow) Location: Marlow / Hybrid Salary: £40,000 - £52,500 + Benefits Reporting to: IT Test Lead The Opportunity We’re looking for a QA Engineer with strong ServiceNow experience to join a growing Business Systems team working on a large-scale ServiceNow platform. This is a key role within a dedicated ServiceNow delivery squad, where quality, reliability, and continuous improvement are central to everything we do. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping test strategy, owning test execution, and ensuring high-quality releases across ServiceNow modules. What You’ll Be Doing • Leading QA activities within a ServiceNow delivery squad, • Creating, reviewing, and executing test plans and test scripts (manual and automated), • Testing ServiceNow in-house developments and third-party integrations, • Reviewing user stories and technical/functional specifications to design effective test coverage, • Working closely with Scrum Masters, Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts, • Managing and tracking defects, risks, and issues through to resolution, • Supporting regression testing and validating that releases meet business requirements, • Promoting QA best practices and contributing to continuous improvement across testing processesWhat We’re Looking For, • Proven experience in a QA / Software Testing role, • Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow, particularly:, • ITSM, • CSM, • Strong understanding of the ITIL framework, • Experience creating and executing test cases, managing defects, and performing regression testing within ServiceNow, • Experience with manual and/or automated test execution and analysis of results, • Familiarity with the full SDLC, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies, • Experience using test and defect management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, or Azure DevOps, • Confident working collaboratively with development and delivery teams, • A pragmatic, enthusiastic mindset with a sharp eye for detail, • A genuine passion for quality and continuous learningDesirable Experience, • Designing, developing, and executing ServiceNow ATF test cases, • Exposure to non-functional testing (performance, load, security), • Experience testing ServiceNow TPSM, • ServiceNow certifications and/or ISTQB certificationWhy Apply?, • Work on a high-profile ServiceNow platform within a growing organisation, • Be part of a collaborative, delivery-focused team, • Have real influence over test strategy and quality outcomes, • Competitive salary and benefits package, • Ongoing opportunities to develop your ServiceNow and QA skillset
