Requirements & Characteristics • 1–2+ years’ experience in an agency account management role (or similar)., • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills., • Highly organised with strong project management abilities., • Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite., • Positive, proactive, and reliable with strong ownership of tasks and projects., • Strong relationship-builder who can read and respond to client needs., • Graduate with a finance or marketing related degree., • Experience working with Financial Services clients., • Familiarity with Higher Education marketing., • Knowledge of media implementation, optimisation, and reporting. Media: • Implementation: Oversee the coordination and execution of comprehensive media plans across multiple channels, including digital, print, and broadcast., • Optimisation: Work closely with the Performance Team to ensure media campaigns are optimised for maximum ROI and effectiveness., • Analysis: Evaluate media performance and provide clients with actionable insights and strategic recommendations., • Reporting: Lead the preparation and delivery of detailed, insightful reports on campaign performance, trends, and opportunities. Creative and Content: • Development: Lead the briefing process for creative teams, ensuring the development of content and assets that align with client objectives and brand guidelines., • Coordination: Manage the production of creative materials, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained., • Strategy: Collaborate with the Strategy team to devise creative strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive meaningful engagement.
