Digital Account Manager – Job Description This role would be best suited to someone who is either currently an Account Executive looking to progress or an Account Manager looking for a new challenge Supporting the Digital team, you will be one of the main points of contact for our digital only clients, leading digital marketing projects from concept to execution, with a particular focus on working in collaboration with the Digital Account Director and Digital Account Manager on a large multi-market digital loyalty campaign for a global client. This is a temporary/contractual position to span the project duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extending this to a permanent role, subject to business growth within digital. As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital marketing adds value to company strategy and performance. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the agency’s business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities and developing account revenue. The salary is up to £35k DOE. Responsibilities • Build trust and strong connections, maintaining frequent contact with your assigned clients, • Act as the point of contact for clients for digital matters, addressing client queries effectively and in a timely manner, • In conjunction with the Digital Director and Digital Account Director, help deliver digital strategies for your assigned clients, considering their specific requirements and anticipating their needs, • Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI, • Work with the broader agency and in-house studio and development teams in briefing, managing and delivering clients digital work, • Take ownership of timelines, budgets and quality control, ensuring every project meets the clients expectations, • Monitor all stages of campaigns and projects to ensure they run smoothly, on time and remain on budget, • Monitor and identify scope creep to ensure any additional requirements are clearly highlighted to the client in advance with timescales and costs, • QA testing of all work is completed prior to submitting to clients for approval, • Schedule and participate in regular project status meetings with assigned clients, • Report on web performance metrics, • Present digital work and marketing reports to clients, taking feedback and liaising with the internal teams at Cheeky where necessary, • Analyse digital campaign success, • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends Essential requirements • Proven work experience as a Digital Account Manager within marketing or digital solutions, • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, • Excellent customer service and account management skills, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Experience of website development projects Ideal (non-essential) requirements • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM tools, • Experience of Google and Microsoft Adwords campaigns, • Understanding of affiliate marketing, display (including programmatic), SEO and email marketing, • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms, • Strong analytical skills

Key Responsibilities UK Retail Account Management · Manage and develop relationships with key UK retail partners including major national accounts · Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through range expansion, improved distribution, and increased visibility · Lead regular account meetings, reviews, and planning sessions · Identify opportunities to increase sales through promotions, launches, and in-store activation · Ensure excellent execution across retail partners New Business Development · Identify and secure new UK retail opportunities aligned with Sea Magik’s brand positioning · Lead outreach, presentations, and negotiations with prospective retail partners · Support onboarding and successful launch of new accounts International Account Management · Manage relationships with key international distributors and partners · Support growth within existing international accounts · Identify opportunities to expand Sea Magik’s global retail presence Commercial Planning and Performance · Deliver revenue targets across retail and international accounts · Support forecasting, budgeting, and account planning · Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth · Work closely with operations and supply chain to ensure strong service levels Cross-Functional Collaboration · Work closely with the Brand & Product Manager and Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to ensure alignment across retail, brand, and digital channels · Support successful retail launches of new products · Ensure strong and consistent brand presentation across retail partners What We’re Looking For · 3 to 6 years experience in National Account Management or retail sales · Experience managing UK retail accounts, ideally in beauty, skincare, haircare, or wellness · Someone who can grow with the business and take on more senior responsibilities · Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills · Proven ability to grow retail accounts and deliver revenue targets · Excellent relationship management and communication skills · Highly organised and proactive Experience working with retailers such as Holland & Barrett, Boots, major grocers, or similar is highly desirable.
