About the Role As a Support Worker, you will be working within a domiciliary care environment, supporting individuals in their own homes. This role involves a high level of lone working, so confidence, initiative, and strong decision-making skills are essential. You will provide person-centred support, promoting independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing at all times.
