Deputy Manager - Care Services Provider\n\nFull Time | £28,000-£30,000 | Monday-Friday | On‑Call (Approx. 1 in 7 Weekends)\n\nLocation: Nottinghamshire\n\nAre you an experienced care professional ready to step into a true management role where you can shape, lead and deliver outstanding community‑based care? We're supporting a well‑established care provider in recruiting a Deputy Manager who will oversee high‑quality, personalised support packages while supporting teams and the wider business.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage your own packages of care ensuring safety, compliance, and person‑centred delivery.\nDeputise for the Branch Manager including full branch cover as required.\nBuild effective relationships with external MDT stakeholders.\nSupport field staff, administrators, and recruitment teams.\nVisit clients and resolve care‑related concerns.\nContribute to recruitment, investigations, and performance management.\nSupport growth through service development and external engagement.\nPromote a positive and motivated team culture. \n\nAs our ideal candidate, you will have\n\nManagerial or supervisory care business experience (beyond Support Worker / basic Team Leader level).\nExperience could come from domiciliary care, care agencies, or supported living environments as a suggestion, however must be from the office side, not practical.\nStrong MDT partnership experience\nAbility to manage caseloads independently.\nSelf‑motivated and proactive, with strong organisational skills.\nExcellent communicator with strong problem‑solving skills. \n\nWorking Pattern & Salary:\n\nFull‑time in the office Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.\nOffice‑based with regular client visits.\nParticipation in on‑call rota (approx. 1 in 7 weekends).\nSalary £28,000-£30,000. \n\nTate look forward to supporting your application.
