Millwood (23 beds) Neurorehabilitation Millwood is for residents who have undergone acute rehabilitation and require further therapy input to reach their optimum level of recovery. Hazelwood (14 beds) Non-complex care and neurorehabilitation While residents on Hazelwood have access to 24-hour nursing input from our diverse and skilled specialist nursing team, our primary focus on Hazelwood is the care and rehabilitation of individuals with no or low level nursing needs.
