🚦 Senior / Principal Transport Planner – Leeds 📍 Leeds (Hybrid) 💰 £50,000 – £65,000 + Benefits + Flexible Working 🤝 Confidential, award-winning consultancy 🌍 Shape the Future of Sustainable Transport Are you an experienced Transport Planner ready to take the next step in your career? We’re representing a forward-thinking consultancy that’s helping to shape the future of travel, accessibility, and sustainable development across the North of England. Their Leeds-based transport planning team is well established, highly collaborative, and works on many of the region’s most exciting mixed-use, residential, education, and regeneration schemes. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects, mentor others, and influence transport design that supports vibrant, sustainable communities. 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Prepare Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, and Transport Statements for a variety of developments., • Lead and manage projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline targets., • Engage confidently with clients, local authorities, architects, and planners., • Provide input on site access, junction layouts, and masterplanning for all modes of travel., • Review and contribute to designs using AutoCAD (or equivalent)., • Manage project resources effectively and support financial planning., • Mentor and support junior team members and graduates. 💡 About You You’re a motivated, proactive professional who enjoys both the technical and people-focused sides of transport planning.
