Job Title:Community Occupational Therapist - Duty Team Location:Rochdale Pay Rate: 25 per hour Job Description: Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its clients busy and supportive Community Occupational Therapy Duty Team in Rochdale. This office-based role is located alongside the Prevention Team and other Adult Care Services. What will your responsibilities be • Screen incoming enquiries using robust tools to determine appropriate responses., • Provide advice support and signposting to service users., • Collaborate with Occupational Therapy Managers to prioritize cases and determine the need for face-to-face visits., • Conduct Duty visits when required to assess and reduce risk promoting independence., • Apply sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and OT practices within Equipment and Adaptations Services., • A friendly busy and supportive team environment., • Flexible working arrangements (full-time or part-time), • Ongoing support from a Senior Occupational Therapist acting as Duty Manager.
