KICK are currently working with over 100 schools and have established 29 KICK Academies. The successful candidate will have full line management responsibility for Senior Coaches, overseeing team performance, staff development, and professionalism, while embodying KICK’s values and promoting outstanding practice. Person specification: Demonstrable experience in leadership and team management. Experience working within school environments and supporting young people from a range of backgrounds. Proven track record of improving the quality of teaching, coaching, mentoring, and/or training practice. understanding of Ofsted frameworks and standards, with experience contributing to successful Good or Outstanding outcomes. Experience supporting young people to make positive progress academically, socially, emotionally, or behaviourally.     Flexible Part-Time Tutoring Roles in South West London Harrison Allen is a small, selective tutoring company seeking exceptional Primary and Secondary School Teachers and Tutors to join our growing team. We provide high-quality one-to-one tuition for students across South West London, including a significant amount of Local Authority-funded daytime work, as well as after-school tutoring opportunities. We are particularly looking for tutors and teachers specialising in: • English, • Maths, • Sciences, • Humanities This is an excellent opportunity for experienced educators looking for flexible part-time hours while making a meaningful impact on students’ academic progress and confidence. The Role • Deliver engaging one-to-one tuition sessions, • Support students across Primary and Secondary levels, • Work with Local Authority referrals and private clients, • Daytime and after-school opportunities available, • Flexible working hours to suit your schedule Requirements Applicants must: • Hold a completed degree, • Have teaching and/or tutoring experience, • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and communication skills, • Be professional, reliable, and student-focused Ideally, candidates will also: • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), • Have experience supporting a range of learning needs and abilities Safeguarding You will require an Enhanced DBS registered with the Government Update Service.
