Job description: Job Title: Hospitality and Leadership Tutor Location: Newquay (with local travel) Salary: £28,000 £32,000 per annum Contract Type: Fixed Term (until 26th September 2026) Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Hospitality Leadership Tutor to deliver engaging and practical training through our clients Skills Bootcamps programme. These intensive 8-week courses are designed to develop sector-specific skills based on employer demand and provide learners with the opportunity to progress into work, with a guaranteed job interview on completion. The successful candidate will deliver to small groups of learners, embedding both technical and employability skills. This is a rewarding role for an experienced professional who wants to inspire and support learners in achieving recognised qualifications and preparing for the workplace. Key Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders, support learner recruitment, and conduct enrolment sessions. Deliver classroom-based Level 2/3 Award qualifications in hospitality and leadership. Plan and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to diverse learning styles and learner needs. Embed employability skills such as CV writing, interview preparation, teamwork, and communication. Monitor learner progress through assessments, reviews, and individual learning plans. Provide ongoing guidance, support, and pastoral care to help learners reach their goals. Work closely with colleagues to ensure employer involvement, including guest sessions and shaping course content to industry needs. Ensure all delivery meets quality assurance standards and awarding body requirements. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and learner records. Promote equality, diversity, and safe working practices at all times. Qualifications & Experience: Essential: PGCE or Level 4 teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards). Relevant degree or equivalent subject expertise. Experience delivering training in hospitality leadership or related vocational areas. Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills. Ability to engage learners of varied abilities and backgrounds. Desirable: Previous experience delivering accredited vocational courses (hospitality or leadership focus). Experience working with adult learners or within employability programmes. Other Requirements Enhanced DBS (funded by employer). Full driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential). TPBN1_UKTJ
