A genuinely manageable and well-supported GP role. This is a forward-thinking Training Practice in the Wadebridge area offering a structured, triaged workload, minimal home visits, and excellent MDT support. With a dedicated duty team and strong admin filtering, this role allows you to focus on clinical work without unnecessary pressure. • £11,425 per session (pre-2026 uplift), • Indemnity and GMC fees covered, • BMA model contract, • NHS Pension, • View to Partnership available (no property buy-in required), • 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave, • 6 sessions (including Mondays & Tuesdays), • Total triage model (Klinik) – demand appropriately filtered and allocated Routine clinics: • 23 patients per day, • 11 morning / 12 afternoon, • 15-minute appointments, predominantly face-to-face Duty system (well-structured): • Dedicated Duty GP handling triage only, • Duty Support GP sees acute patients triaged by the Duty GP Home visits: • Very minimal – largely covered by paramedics Admin: • Strong filtering – GPs only see clinically relevant tasks, • ANP + Practice Nurses + HCAs, • Paramedics covering home visits and acute demand, • Clinical Pharmacist, • Mental Health Practitioner, • Social Prescriber & Health Coach, • First Contact Physio, • Small but well-established GP Training Practice with medical students, • CQC rated Good, • Purpose-built premises, • Dispensing practice, • Strong leadership with long-standing, experienced Practice Manager, • Supportive, stable team with good retention, • Regular team engagement:, • Daily coffee break, • Fortnightly education sessions, • Monthly MDT and mental health meetings, • A team-oriented GP who values collaboration, • Someone committed to long-term practice development, • Open to newly qualified GPs, • Support available for developing clinical interests You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list. #J-18808-Ljbffr
