Qualifications and Skills: • Proven experience as a mobile phone technician or in a similar electronics repair role., • Strong knowledge of various mobile phone brands and operating systems (iOS, Android)., • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment., • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail., • Strong communication and customer service skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment., • Relevant certifications are a plus.
